Hat factory

I contacted Simone on the phone. A gentleman from the municipality of Montappone (the country of hats, in the Marche) gave me his number. Simone welcomed me with sympathy, and even though we had never met before, he gave me the chance to enter his fabulous “factory of time” and take pictures freely. After crossing the front door I felt catapulted back in time … My first request was to be able to stay for a whole week! Obviously I could not, but I assure you that all that time would not have been wasted. I hope that my pictures could represent such a unique place.
